Our pact with the environment? Zero impact!
Faenza Industrie Grafiche has moved its Milan headquarters to the Perseo Expo District Business Centre, a brand new building with ZERO ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT, which is also home to the head office of the Il Sole 24 Ore Group, which Faenza IG is an Official Partner of.
This choice was prompted by our commitment to the philosophy of environmental ethics and also the challenge to run a business whose production process was environmentally-friendly and eco-sustainable.
The Perseo business complex, which was developed by Galotti and designed by Goring&Straja Architects, features an ultra-modern design whose structure uses cutting-edge building materials to ensure energy and running costs are kept to an absolute minimum.
The Triple A rating awarded to the PERSEO Business Centre (Grade A, Energy class A, Maximum Quality of the working environment) guarantees particularly high and comfortable living standards.
The key words of the project were light, microclimate, efficiency and flexible spaces and the aim was to come up with a space with perfect synergy between man and his environment.
The Perseo Expo District is located just outside the town of Pero in a highly strategic position: near the road network (SS Sempione), the underground railway (Molino Dorino station), the Rho-Pero fairground and the area that will host the forthcoming Expo 2015.
